I can’t believe that we are in March already!!

Since January I have been busy developing my reflexology practice, I have a new comfy chair and have found some scents for my infuser to welcome in the beginning of Spring.

I have also invested in my own learning and development, in February I took my Reiki level one with Emma Hayes. This was intuitive and insightful and I’m hoping that I will do Reiki two within the year. In April I am going on a reflexology foot care and emmet training course and am hoping this will bring new skills to my treatments.

Spring Equinox is on the 20th March at 3.06am the beginning of Spring where we welcome brighter evenings, warmer days and watch the spring bulbs flourish. Welcoming in the Spring months l find lifts my mood and I have more energy to start new projects.

This month I want to talk about Plantar fasciitis this is a painful condition which is an inflammation of the plantar fascia, a part of your foot that connects your heel bone to your toes. It can be painful and  prevent you from enjoying normal life.

As a reflexologist part of my treatment includes the massaging of the plantar part of the foot this can improve balance and functional mobility. As well as this reflexology treatment can reduce pain, fatigue and improve sleep quality.

It’s always a pleasure watching my clients feel the benefit of reflexology and enjoy life on their feet again.
