What is reflexology

As a certified reflexologist, I aim to improve your overall health and well-being by working with your body's natural healing processes. Reflexology is a non-invasive therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on your feet that correspond to different organs and systems in your body (see the image to the right). By doing so, I can help stimulate these areas and promote relaxation, reduce stress, alleviate pain and improve circulation.

Reflexology can be helpful for a wide range of conditions, including digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. As well dealing with pregnancy and the menopause. Regardless of what you are experiencing, reflexology can help soothe your body and mind, allowing you to feel more relaxed and at ease.
