Hi everyone,

It’s been a long, hot summer here in Tunbridge Wells, and I truly hope you’ve all stayed hydrated and taken good care of yourselves. As the season begins to shift, I’ve been reflecting on the ways my holistic practice has supported clients through these warmer months—and I wanted to share a few highlights with you.

This summer, many clients have found deep relief through the holistic techniques I’ve cultivated over the years. Since qualifying as a massage therapist back in 1994, my approach has naturally evolved, blending traditional methods with intuitive touches that respond to each person’s unique needs.

One example is how I’ve enhanced my facial reflexology treatments with gentle cranial massage. For clients experiencing tension from long hours at the computer, I’ve also incorporated sweeping techniques across the arms and shoulders—targeting those stress zones with care and precision.

The standout favourite this season? A 60-minute combination of 30 minutes of foot reflexology followed by 30 minutes of facial reflexology. This dual therapy has been a game-changer, leaving clients feeling as though their entire body has been nurtured and stress has melted away.

As we move toward the golden hues of autumn, I’m personally looking forward to crisp dog walks, cosy evenings with red wine, and indulgent mugs of hot chocolate. 🍂🍷☕

Wishing you all a peaceful transition into the new season—and as always, I’m here if you need a moment of calm and restoration.

Kind regards, Dee
