Frequently Asked Questions

Your Questions, Answered

How can reflexology help with your wellbeing?

Having experience of being a  wellbeing first  in the corporate sector I have incorporated my learning into my practice. Your reflexology session is tailored to the unique needs and preferences of the individual. From the first consultation, I take the time to listen to your concerns and explain how reflexology can help you achieve your wellbeing goals. By working together, we can develop a treatment plan that not only addresses your immediate concerns but also supports your long-term wellbeing.

What should I expect from my first session?

As a reflexologist with years of experience, I believe in treating the whole person rather than just the symptoms. That’s why during your first consultation, I will take the time to get to know you and your unique needs. We’ll discuss your goals and reasons for seeking reflexology, and I’ll gather a full picture of your health before providing a personalized treatment. My approach is focused on making sure you leave feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated after every session.

What conditions can reflexology help with?

Over the years I have helped many clients with a range of conditions. Here is a list of some of the conditions reflexology can help with:

  • Wellbeing

  • Pregnancy

  • Fertility

  • Menopause

  • Lymphatic drainage

  • Stress

  • Back pain

  • Sleep

How does reflexology help with fertility?

Is it safe to have reflexology whilst I am pregnant?

I was trained by Susanne Enzer the mother of maternity reflexology.  I can help with your fertility by applying gentle pressure to specific points on the feet, this can help improve circulation and hormonal balance throughout the body. These treatments focus on releasing tension, reducing stress, and boosting circulation throughout the reproductive system

Many women find reflexology to be a natural and effective way to address their physical and emotional challenges during pregnancy. As a skilled reflexologist, I am trained to understand the specific needs and concerns of pregnant women. I take great care to ensure that my treatments are safe and comfortable for both mother and child. Whether you are experiencing back pain, morning sickness, or simply need a moment of relaxation, reflexology can be a wonderful addition to your prenatal care routine.
